Privacy Policy — WooEasyLife
Effective date: June 22, 2026
Last updated: June 22, 2026
1. Introduction
WooEasyLife (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a mobile operations app for WooCommerce merchants who use the Woo Easy Life WordPress plugin. The App helps you manage orders, couriers, notifications, fraud checks, and related store operations from your Android device.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, where it is stored, and what choices you have when you use WooEasyLife.
By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Who is responsible for your data
Data controller:
WPSaleHub
Website: https://app.wpsalehub.com
Email: dev.muhibbullah@gmail.com
For most store and customer data, you (the merchant) remain the controller of data processed through your own WordPress/WooCommerce site. We provide the App and related services to help you access and manage that data.
3. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to:
- The WooEasyLife Android mobile application (
com.wooeasylife.woo_easy_life) - Data sent between the App and your connected WordPress store running the Woo Easy Life plugin
- Related services such as push notifications, crash reporting, and optional WPSaleHub-backed features accessed through your store
This policy does not govern your WordPress site, WooCommerce store, or third-party courier/SMS providers you configure separately. Those are governed by their own policies and your settings.
4. Information we collect
4.1 Information you provide
When you connect a store or use App features, you may provide or generate:
- Store connection details: WordPress site URL, WordPress username, application password, and license key
- Store pairing data: QR pairing code when linking the App to your store
- Store branding: Store display name and logo (optional)
- Firebase configuration (optional): Firebase service account JSON you paste or import to enable server-side push notifications
- Notification preferences: Alert types, sounds, and per-store notification settings
- Order and customer-related input: Notes, addresses, order updates, block-list entries, SMS content, and similar merchant-entered data
- Images or text for order assistance: Photos or text you submit for optional AI-assisted order extraction features
4.2 Information from your connected store
When you use the App, it retrieves data from your WordPress site via the Woo Easy Life plugin, such as:
- Orders, order status, products, and shipping/payment details
- Customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, billing/shipping addresses, and IP addresses where available in orders
- Courier, SMS, analytics, fraud-check, and abandoned-cart data configured in your store
- Call logs and call recordings if you enable call-tracking features in the App
This data belongs to your business and is primarily stored on your WordPress site, not on our servers as a permanent customer database.
4.3 Information collected automatically
The App may automatically collect or generate:
- Device identifier: A randomly generated App device ID used for store pairing and API authentication
- Device information: Device manufacturer/model label and App version during pairing
- Network status: Whether the device has internet connectivity
- Push notification token (FCM token): Used to deliver alerts to your device
- Crash and error reports: Diagnostic data through Firebase Crashlytics when enabled
- Local App data: Onboarding state, notification inbox, cached preferences, and similar data stored on your device
We do not use the App to show ads, and we do not sell your personal information.
4.4 Information collected through device permissions
Depending on features you use, the App may request Android permissions including:
| Permission | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Internet / Network state | Connect to your store and related services |
| Notifications | Show new-order and operational alerts |
| Camera | Scan QR codes to pair your store |
| Phone / Call log / Phone state | Optional call tracking, caller identification, and call duration logging |
| Microphone / Audio recording | Optional call recording, only if you turn this feature on |
| Storage / Files | Import notification sounds, Firebase JSON, block lists, and store images |
You can deny or revoke permissions in Android settings, but related features may stop working.
5. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Authenticate and connect the App to your WordPress store
- Display and manage orders, products, couriers, SMS, fraud checks, and dashboard data
- Send and manage push notifications for store events you choose to receive
- Enable optional call tracking, inbound caller identification, and call log syncing
- Upload optional call recordings to your connected store when you enable recording
- Improve App stability and fix crashes
- Provide merchant support and troubleshoot connection issues
- Operate license validation and WPSaleHub-backed features you configure in your store
We process data only as needed to provide the App and related services.
6. Where data is stored and processed
Data may be stored or processed in the following places:
On your device
Sensitive credentials (store URL, WordPress credentials, license key) are stored using encrypted secure storage on your Android device. Other preferences may be stored in local device storage.
On your WordPress site
Most business data—orders, customer details, call logs, recordings, SMS history, and store settings—is stored on your own website/server through the Woo Easy Life plugin. You control retention and access through your WordPress admin.
Third-party service providers
Google Firebase (Google LLC)
Used for:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications)
- Firebase Crashlytics (crash/error reporting)
Firebase may process device and diagnostic data according to Google's Privacy Policy.
WPSaleHub API
Certain features (such as fraud/delivery checks, SMS, courier integrations, and license services) may be accessed through your WordPress store's proxy to app.wpsalehub.com. In those cases, relevant request data (for example, phone numbers for fraud checks) is processed to provide the requested feature.
7. How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share information only in these situations:
- With your connected store: The App sends and receives data needed to operate your store features
- With service providers: Such as Google Firebase, solely to operate notifications and crash reporting
- For legal reasons: If required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security
- With your direction: When you choose to use integrations such as courier apps, phone dialer, browser, WhatsApp, or similar external services
Customer and order data you access through the App is shared to and from your own store, not to unrelated third parties for marketing.
8. Data retention
- On your device: Stored until you remove the store, clear App data, or uninstall the App
- On your store: Retained according to your WordPress/Woo Easy Life settings and your own policies
- Firebase data: Retained according to Google/Firebase settings and our configuration
- Crash logs: Retained for a limited period for debugging, then deleted or anonymized per Firebase practices
You are responsible for retention and deletion of customer data on your WooCommerce store.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including:
- Encrypted storage for sensitive credentials on device
- HTTPS communication with your store
- Access limited to authenticated store credentials and device pairing
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your WordPress credentials, license key, and device access.
10. Your choices and rights
You can:
- Disconnect or remove stores from the App
- Disable push notifications in App or Android system settings
- Turn off optional call tracking and call recording features
- Revoke Android permissions at any time
- Clear App data or uninstall the App
- Manage customer/order data retention on your WordPress site
Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at dev.muhibbullah@gmail.com.
If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
11. Children's privacy
WooEasyLife is intended for business users and WooCommerce merchants. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. International data transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where your WordPress hosting provider, Google/Firebase, or WPSaleHub infrastructure operates. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the App or on our website.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
