1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WooEasyLife (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a mobile operations app for WooCommerce merchants who use the Woo Easy Life WordPress plugin.
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Who may use the App
WooEasyLife is intended for business users — shop owners, managers, and authorized staff who operate WooCommerce stores.
You represent that you:
- Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Have authority to bind the business you represent
- Will use the App only for lawful business purposes related to your connected store(s)
The App is not a consumer shopping app and is not directed to end customers of your store.
3. Service description
WooEasyLife helps merchants manage WooCommerce store operations from an Android device, including (where enabled in your store):
- Order management, status updates, notes, and related workflows
- Courier integrations, SMS tools, fraud checks, and dashboard data
- Push notifications for store events
- Optional call tracking, caller identification, and call log syncing
- Multi-store switching when you connect more than one site
The App works together with the Woo Easy Life WordPress plugin on your own site(s). Most business data is stored on your WordPress server, not on our servers as a permanent customer database.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available in every region, on every device, or with every third-party integration.
4. Your account, stores, and credentials
To use the App, you connect one or more WordPress stores using credentials, license keys, and pairing methods supported by the Woo Easy Life plugin.
You are responsible for:
- Safeguarding your WordPress credentials, license keys, and device access
- Ensuring only authorized staff use the App for your business
- The accuracy of information you enter or update through the App
- Actions taken through the App on your connected store(s)
You must not share access in a way that violates your store’s security policies or applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Access stores or data you are not authorized to manage
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the App or related services
- Circumvent license validation, authentication, or security controls
- Use the App to harass customers, send unsolicited messages in violation of law, or misuse customer data
- Upload malware, interfere with integrations, or misuse optional features such as call recording where prohibited by law
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a security or legal risk.
6. Third-party services and your store
The App connects to services you configure, including:
- Your WordPress/WooCommerce site and Woo Easy Life plugin
- Courier providers (for example Steadfast, RedX, Paperfly, Pathao)
- SMS providers and messaging tools
- Google Firebase (push notifications and crash reporting)
- WPSaleHub-backed features accessed through your store (such as fraud checks or license services)
- External apps you open from the App (browser, dialer, WhatsApp, and similar)
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, pricing, delivery outcomes, message delivery, or data handling by services outside our control.
You remain responsible for compliance with customer communication laws, call recording consent rules, data protection obligations, and ecommerce regulations applicable to your business.
7. License and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your internal business operations in accordance with these Terms.
The App, its branding, software, and related materials are owned by WPSaleHub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
“WooEasyLife”, “Woo Easy Life”, “WPSaleHub”, and related marks are our or our affiliates’ trademarks. You may not use them without prior written permission except as necessary to describe your legitimate use of the App.
8. Subscription, licensing, and fees
Access to certain App or plugin features may require a valid Woo Easy Life license or paid plan managed through WPSaleHub or your store configuration.
Fees, billing cycles, renewals, and refunds (if any) for paid services are governed by the purchase terms presented when you buy or renew a license. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
If your license expires or is revoked, related features may stop working until a valid license is restored.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The App and related services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee order accuracy, courier delivery results, SMS delivery, fraud-check outcomes, or business results from using the App.
Operational data displayed in the App depends on your store, network connectivity, device permissions, and third-party services. You should verify critical business actions independently when appropriate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- WPSaleHub and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the App or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for App-related services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you in part.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WPSaleHub and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your connected store(s) and business operations
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
- Customer data handling, communications, or recordings performed through your account
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by disconnecting stores, clearing App data, or uninstalling the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the service becomes impractical.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the App or on our website.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer or data protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangladesh, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
